Rates for 2010:

Full Time: Daycare contracted on a set scheduled time slot for no more than 50 hours per week.  Maximum of 10 hours per day. Sign in sheets will be used to track. (Example: Drop Off 7:30,  Pick Up by 5:30)

Overtime: Overtime is considered any time outside the contracted time interval and, any time before 7:30am or after 6:30pm. Overtime, not to exceed two hours and MUST be prearranged at least 24 hours before.

Payments: Payments can be made by cash, money order or email money transfer payment and is due bi-weekly, in advance, by pick up time on Friday. The bi-weekly payments will start the Friday before your child enrolls.  Money Orders should be made payable to Gwen Workman.  Email money transfers can be made by sending to the following address treasuredtotsdaycare@live.ca.

Overtime fees: Overtime is considered any time outside the agreed time interval. The following charges will be assessed for overtime incurred, payable the same week of service.

$10.00 per hour flat rate for prearranged overtime (with a 24 hour notice and my approval.)

$5.00 per 15 minutes will be charged for late pick up.

I am under no obligation to provide an extension of time if it will conflict with plans. After one hour of non-arranged overtime one attempt to contact parents will be made and then emergency contacts will be notified.  Also please note that late arrival does not justify late departure.

Late payment fees: There is a late fee charged of $10.00 per day for late payment.  This does included weekends.  Payments are always due on Fridays.  This gives us time to prepare for the next week by purchasing food, craft supplies, etc.
